To Be or Not To Be...
Folk who are familiar with the works of William Shakespeare will be well aware of the classic line in ‘Hamlet’ that reads: ‘to be or not to be, that is the question’
It is that single line relates so very much to life in 2025. But then, what does ‘to be or not to be, that is the question’ mean to you, dear reader?
Perhaps you are reading this and all is very good in your own personal world. Your home life, business world and social scene are ‘second to none’ and you want for nothing.
On the other side it may well be that all is not well in any of the afore mentioned areas of life. You may well be reading this and wondering just what you have done to upset the gods (as the Vikings may well have asked at various times of their being!).
It may well be that you are ‘down on your luck’ and have regular feelings of ‘despair’. One thing that seems so very obvious is that there rarely is a case where ‘all is lost’ – but then, does ‘luck’ play a part?
Some would have you believe that you do need a slice of good fortune for whatever you plan or dream of making happen – happens as you would wish!
Which ever side of the question you are coming from, the bottom line is that the answer to such a thing really does depend on ones general mood, does it not?
Maybe you are at the ‘crossroads’ in a relationship, at work, or indeed, in your own circle of social friendships?
A positive mindset can clearly enhance the speed with which you might turn adversity into exciting development.
Other folk would claim, from the other side of the argument, in that ‘you make your own luck’. Sometimes in life things happen without any form of rhyme or reason to such a degree that you must simply ‘get on with it’ and deal with day-by-day situations in the best way you can.
That said, it is fair to probably argue that there really is no such thing as a ‘free lunch’ in as much as the only commodity that leads to success is HARD WORK.
One thing is for sure – only one person can ultimately direct just which route the path to ‘to be or not to be’ can take – and that one person is……YOU!
Good luck with your effort...
